CENTER FOR LEATHER, RUBBER AND PLASTICS


Public Service Unit of Center for Leather , Rubber and Plastics (UPP_BBKKP) under the auspices of the Agency of Assessment of Policy, The Climate And Industry, the Ministry of Industry is a non-structural unit which conducts the organization of public services in the Center for Leather, Rubber and Plastics Ministry of Industry. The task of this Public Service Unit is to provide services to the public or a legal entity upon request of information, consultation, and public service delivery within its scope.

The scope of (UPP_BBKKP) is to provide information , consultation, and implementation of public services related to the leather, rubber and plastics industry, including : research and development, standardization, certification, testing, calibration, and incubation of technology transfer, technical training, consultancy, design and engineering, engine/processes services, and also the handling of leather, rubber and plastic industrial waste.

Principles of UPP Services

  1. Transparent. Open , easy and accessible to all who need, adequately provided and also easy to understand.
  2. Accountability. Can be accounted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
  3. Conditional. Appropriate with the conditions and the ability of providers and recipients of service by adhering to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Participatory. Encourage community participation in public service with the regard on aspirations, needs and expectations of society.
  5. Similarity of Rights. Not discriminatory in the sense of not distinguishing ethnicity, race, religion, class, gender and economic status.
  6. Balance of rights and obligations. Providers and recipients of public services must fulfill the rights and obligations of each party in accordance with prevailing regulations.

Monday until Thursday   :   08:00 am - 12:00 pm and 01:00 - 03:30 pm
Friday   :   08:30 am - 12:00 pm and 01:30 - 04:00 pm

3 Customer who come in CLRP directly receive the Receipt Sample Test (FA. 04 - LPK)
4 Paying the cost of test in accordance with applicable provisions
